They are >_<;; I wanted to write another ending, with Tezuka surviving, or Fuji surviving, or even both, but it felt wrong, not real. So in the end I killed them both.
Thank you! Glad you could still enjoy it. Tezuka had seen so many deaths, he wanted to save this boy who wanted to save his family by killing half-dead people.
