It's short, but I hope you will like it anyway!

I was watching pictures of last summer today and I realized that I miss you a lot Junn-chan *hugs*

Feather of Love

After practice the boys of the Seigaku tennis club changed into their school uniforms. The weather was nice, and the boys were chatting about how they would spend their free afternoon. Fuji pulled his sweaty tennis shirt over his head, and searched for the white shirt of his uniform.

'Fuji-senpai, what is that on your back?' asked Echizen suddenly.

Most conversations fell silent, and almost everybody's attention was on Fuji's back . There were two scars on Fuji's shoulder blades around 2 centimetres wide and 7 centimetres high.

'Oh, that,' said Fuji as he looked over his shoulder. 'I wanted to be with guys like you. I wanted to be a normal human, play tennis and have fun, like all of you. I got those when I had my wings removed. It will probably never completely heal.'

By now everybody was staring at the tensai. Nobody dared to say a word. Fuji pulled the shirt of his uniform from his bag. A white feather fell on the floor. Gasps were heard. With a soft smile Fuji bent down, and picked it up. He turned it around, and looked at it before he placed the feather back in his bag.

'Did he really…?' started Momoshiro.

'Impossible!' whispered Echizen.

Quickly everybody continued changing. Nobody dared to say a word about it, and they left as soon as they could so they could start discussing if it could be true. Soon only Tezuka and Fuji were left.

'They almost believed your lie,' said the Buchou, and he wrapped his arms around Fuji's shoulders. 'The feather was convincing.'

'I found it on my way to school,' answered Fuji as he returned the embrace. 'I couldn't possibly tell them my father hit me with a chair when I told him I fell in love with a guy.'

'No, they'd all be worried,' answered Tezuka, and he kissed Fuji on top of his head. 'They don't have to know you're staying with me until your father goes abroad again.'

'And it wasn't a complete lie,' said Fuji. 'Because I had 'my wings removed' so I could be with you.'

Lol, I think Fuji tried to make a joke of it, so it would be okay to laugh. Besides, didn't Fuji say it was true. He had peace with having his 'wings ripped off', because he could be with Tezuka because of it ^_^

The first part I found quite light, with Echizen asking and Fuji giving cryptic answers (and Tezuka observing silently). My first guess were scratches from a night spent together, but I couldn't have been more wrong O.o

I read it again and I loved it! I'm so glad that they could be together in this world. I wonder how hard Fuji's father hit him with the chair. Fuji must be bleeding for his skin to be scarred like that >.<"

He probably was bleeding, so when he came bleeding to Tezuka's place, he took him in, until Fuji's father would leave again. He was bleeding for Tezuka

Of course! if he was bleeding like that and Tezuka ignored him, I would kill Tezuka! Fuji had to pay the price to be with the one he love XD

O_o Don't say that! Like Tezuka could ignore a bleeding Fuji! He was probably scared to death, afraid his Fuji would die or something!

He should call the police instead. That was domestic abuse! his dad could be in jail. But we dont want that. Hopefully Fuji's dad will eventually accept his son's sexuality XD

Would you turn in your own father? I don't think I could. And every time Fuji's father will come to Japan, Fuji will stay at Tezuka's place, so nothing like that can happen again.

but I dont think Fuji has the heart to do that. He's a good son. besides, it would be a good reason to stay at Tezuka's place. He would want his father to return home more XD

No, I guess Fuji is not like that. LOL XD I think Tezuka won't mind if he stays over, even if he father is not home XD

But I wonder id Tezuka's family would mind though. They are more conservative than Fuji's family.

When they saw Fuji like that, they probably let him stay, no matter if the were against it or not.

Yeah, I guess so, but wouldn't they be against it after a while. Once or twice would be fine, but they would try to seperate them eventually, right.

But that's another story. The important thing is, in this fic, they were together, and that's super!

And I was so angry for what Fuji's dad did to him. Fuji was such a sweet child. He didn't do anything wrong, he was just falling in love. Did he?

I think Momo is a really innocent boy. That's why I made him ask it.

Yeah, Fuji 'suffered' because of Tezuka, because his love for Tezuka. I don't understand how anybody could hurt Fuji. He is so friendly and gentle. He has a sadistic side, but he doesn't show it often.
